Frequently Asked Questions
Can my pets board together? - We allow pets to stay together in our suites which are perfect for multiple pets. In the runs and cages, we can put your pets side by side and they can go outside together and have play time together, but they will eat and sleep separately.
Can my dog play with other dogs during play time? - No, unless they are from the same family. This is for your dog's safety. However, when your dog has playtime it is a one-on-one session with a staff member and your dog will be able to do whatever he/she likes during this special time.
Can I bring my own food, bedding or toys? - Yes, please feel free to bring whatever will make your pet's stay more comfortable. We feed Science Diet for Sensitive Stomach and it is a good transition diet, but if you want to bring your own food, that is fine. We provide bowls and prefer that you do not bring your own. You may also bring any bedding or toys, but please mark your belongings and please be aware that items may get lost or destroyed. We try very hard to send you home with everything that you came with, but from time to time items do get lost or your pet may decide to do his own "alterations".
Is going out to the bathroom an extra charge? - Absolutely not! We consider going outside part of the overall great care that we provide and do not charge for bathroom breaks. Your dog will have the opportunity to go outside 4 to 5 times per day.
If my pet is due for vaccinations can I get them updated during my pet's stay? - Preferably, this is best done during a regular veterinary visit, at least 2 weeks prior to boarding, in order to provide maximum immunity. It also provides you and your vet the opportunity to discuss other health issues face to face. However, we can update vaccinations while your pet is boarding if this is what you prefer.
How far in advance should I book my reservation? - As soon as possible! Our dog and cat suites are very popular and they are booked sometimes months in advance. All areas fill up on weekends and during peak times such as holidays and summers. Click here to make your reservation today!
Can I come for a tour prior to bringing my pet in? - Of course you can! We welcome your visit, but ask that if at all possible you come in between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm as mornings and evenings all staff members are focused on feeding, cleaning and taking care of our guests.
